We had two chairs for over a month now. Still in the condition as the day it arrived. We use it daily.1. The quality- excellent. Feels nice and sturdy. No chemical fumes up on opening.2. Customer service- there was damage due to shipping. They responded within 2 hours. Prompt responses and solutions.3. More/wider seating room than expected which makes it comfortable.4. Modern design and versatileWas a little uncertain to purchase furniture unseen, but I don't think we would have found a better one shopping around in person.
